Coaching to live your life

Giving yourself the time and space to attend to your own needs is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. There is a choice of individual coachingin person or by phone or Skype, or for women, participating in group coaching with 4-6 other women.

Coaching programmes

A series of coaching sessions is often most beneficial, which is why the group coaching is designed as five, monthly sessions.  A series of individuals sessions can help to determine the areas to focus on, devise an action plan and monitor progress.
And sometimes just a single coaching session can be valuable or timely, to address an issue or get a fresh perspective on moving forward. For some, having four sessions spread throughout the year helps clients to stay on track with their goals.  Single sessions can also be an effective  ‘top-up’ following a coaching programme.
