The workshop exceeded my expectations, really encouraging reflection and development from a different perspective. It came at just the right time and I gained some real clarity around some ‘life’ issues. Fabulous location too.
The structure and the teaching impressed me, and I felt in safe hands and enjoyed the mix of people. Nice mix of physical, mental and emotional work, and great to have three facilitators each with different qualities. I felt the tone struck a really good balance in that it was accessible enough for participants with less experience, yet juicy enough for more hardened self-helpers.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I thought the different exercises created a powerful combination, particularly the physical activity in a group setting, which really connected mind and body and gave me a lot of food for thought. A rich and satisfying day.
